Love thats its Friday and today the sun is shining well for a little while anyway. They have predicted more rain for Queensland over the weekend. Lucky for us its still hot here and we are still in shorts and singlets and my kids are still sleeping with no blankets on them. I was reading how some states are experiencing cold snaps and have their fires burning I just cannot imagine that.
*Also had to let you ladies know that the bus roll makeover was done with a t-towel. I can’t take the credit for being too artisitc and doing my own lettering.
Mange to paint this lovely plant stand that I picked up a few months back.
The lovely view outside my lounge window this morning. Love that you just see bush and no other homes it really is a treat living on small acerage and not in the town having your neighbours know your every move. I have always lived in suburbia and within the townships but after living out of town I don’t think I could ever go back.

Oh I dream of a view like that and not being able to hear neighbour's babies crying at night! Love your plant stand!… yes and what's with the fires and the cold snaps? There was a mother at school yesterday wearing a cardigan as she was cold. "Are you for real?, it's 30 degrees and 80% humidity!" A-M xx

Oh Sandy, lucky you – far enough away from neighbours and seeing mainly trees sounds like a peace of heaven to me.
Love those striped cushions on the sofa

Hi there,
I've just recently discovered your blog and I love it. Can I ask- your wing chair seems to have a chair cover on it. Did you buy this or was it already on the chair? I'm in the market for one but I can't find anywhere that sells them in Australia.
I've also linked to your blog from mine: http://tlhtc.blogspot.com/
