Being a furniture painter for many years now I can honestly say that having good brushes and products to work with make the world of difference. Every good artist should always work with good quality brushes.
I am pleased to say that Paint Me White is now an Australian Stockist for Waxine™ and Waxwell™ Wax Brushes.

WAXWELL™! is a 2″ diameter KingSized brush 
Inspired by an old-fashioned shaving brush, with a shorter handle so that the brush would fit into tight areas as well as a comfortable and ergonomically designed tapered lacquered handle for long-term comfort.  These brushes are available at Paint Me White.
The ferules are hand nailed and rust resistant. The two-inch long natural bristles are firm and resilient and designed specifically for wax. We recommend cleaning with our natural soap (Big Fat Lye).  A FREE care card is included with every brush so you will know how to keep your brushes looking and performing great throughout countless projects.


 Waxine™ is Queen at 1.5″

Waxine™ was specifically designed and sized for better comfort in a woman’s hand. Inspired by an old-fashioned shaving brush, with a shorter handle so that the brush fits into tight areas as well as a comfortable and ergonomically designed tapered lacquered handle for long-term comfort. It is the ideal size for cabinet doors, small furniture pieces, and mouldings.  Available at Paint Me White.

Paint Me White also stocks Big Fat Lye Wax Soap this is a  natural soap designed to clean the wax from your brushes.  It does a great job breaking down the wax and keeping the natural bristles strong and resilient by conditioning them as it cleans. Big Fat Lye also works great for on natural bristle furniture paint brushes. Safe to use on any brush…and yourself! Get clean after a day of painting and waxing the natural way. You’ll LOVE it!
