Well things are looking good and I am pleased to say that the negotiations are over and we have secured a gorgeous Queenslander. I just don’t want to get my hopes up too high yet until all the legalaties have been done and we can safely say we are unconditional. All I will tell you at this stage is the house is gorgeous and ticks all the boxes. High ceilings, lovely renovated bathrooms, childrens rumpus rooms down the internal stairs, seperate formal dining, lovely floor boards, back balcony overlooking the beautiful mount tamborine. I can see my family and I living in this house for years to come.

Lucky you. That's a beautiful part of the world. I have a couple of lorikeets that have just started visiting me and it reminds me of the Polish Place at Mt Tambourine where some cheeky ones ate the sugar out of our bowl. Fingers crossed it all goes through.
