We Are Back

We got back late last night from our weekend away and I must say we had a fabulous time in Melbourne. Well when I say Melbourne we actually stayed in my old home town of Drouin. Drouin is about a one hour drive from the the city of Melbourne. Although quite cold we really had a wonderful time cathing up with old friends and people we went to school with. The party was a great opportunity to see everyone on the one night. We headed over to Phillip Island which is a popular tourist attraction as my husbands sister has a beach house there. The thing that blew me away the most was the greenery. For a state that hasn’t had much rain the countryside was so lush you just wanted to bring it all home.
