Mirror Makeover

Here’s a sneak peak of a mirror I am working on this week. Looks fabulous don’t you think? The owner has asked me to paint it white of course. Stay tuned for the final look.

There is so much details in this mirror I am going to invest in that spray gun this week. Will be interesting to see how it goes.

When I downloaded my pictures this morning I found this cute one of our pet dog Tilley. My daughter had snuck her into the bedroom and tucked her up like a little baby – too cute.

That mirror is so gorgeous. I'm so into ornate frames like that at the moment. I just found a MASSIVE one at our local op shop last week for $30 so had to snap it up.
    That dog is too cute.

Looks great Sandy…and seriously, go the spray gun. Your mirror would be sorted out in no time flat. Best money I've spent in a while. Oh, and your Tilly is too cute! K xx

Be interested to see how the spray gun goes with the mirror. You'll have to set up a little paint booth in the garage.
    Oh how sweet Tilley looks.

Ooh! I can't wait to see the mirror when you're finished. We bought a spray gun last year and love it. It makes the job so much easier. What a cute puppy:)

Hi Sandy, I think the mirror is going to look gorgeous when you are done, like everything else you do; you are so talented! I have been reading your blog for a long time, and when I saw your comment about my cushion I was so thrilled; thankyou for that! (also, you wouldnt believe what that chair was like when I bought it – it was totally painted black with black upholstery and I quickly painted them white and made the removable covers with the ticking. I only wish there were more of them in the store, but they were the last two (and I love them now!) I am still in the process of adding blogs to my favourites (on my blog) and so far, I have only added the ones that I was able to guess the correct URL address off the top of my head! But I will definently add yours straight away and, well, soon as I can I will be adding the rest from my favourites on my history/search bar (one of which was yours!). I really love seeing all your work, you have a gorgeous home. Thankyou once again, take care, Laura xx

Hey Sandy, That frame is pretty amazing!! Will you rub back some of the paint or keep it all the one crisp shade? Reminds me of one Ellie got from me the other day, although it was not as ornate, can't wait to see her either…there is a fun event happening at the Wac next week would be fantastic if you could come I know you would love it but yes it is a drive for you and on a week night, anyway check out my blog for info, cheers Katherine
