I am on a bit of a roll and have been finishing off lots of smaller pieces. This cabinet I picked up on friday was begging to be paint grey. Actually if the truth be known I find it much easier painting the fiddlier items a darker colour.
I can pretty much tell when I am painting a piece as to how much sanding if any will be required. I felt lots of destressing was needed here – I love its shabby look. Will be cute in a bathroom with some towel rolled up inside the shelf.

Love it! Could you please give me the measurements? I'm after a piece to use as a side table.

Honestly Sandy, I wouldn't have looked twice at that piece in it's 'before' state. Now it looks gorgeous. Great job.
