The Easter break has turned on some gorgeous weather so while the kids were out in the boat fishing today I made the most of some thrifting around the Sunshine Coast.
This old box was the perfect find for storing your bits & pieces, I threw in some flowering impatients for now but can just see it filled with magazines or whatever takes your fancy.
Roses are plenty from a nearby neighbour who has around 80 rose bushes in his garden.
Heading back home tomorrow after a week away I feel rested and recharged. Can’t wait to get back into some painting and I feel the need to re-arrange a room. Think my bedroom could be in for a change.

Haha Sansy I love that you get urges to rearrange a room, so do I! I think I use it as a form of exercise as sometimes I move it all around then move it all back again when it doesn't look right.
We are enjoying our break away but as we enter week 3 I am starting to get homesick now…I am looking forward to seeing our home again as I've never been away from it for this long before, and even after a few days away I enjoy looking at it through fresh eyes, it makes me appreciate it more 🙂
