White Hutch

I certainly are camera happy this morning as wanted to show off my latest makeover.
I don’t often come across these beautiful large ornate cabinets but this piece has come up stunning I must say.
Freshly painted in a crisp white with grey inside. Chicken wire on the doors to give it a more relaxed country chic look.

Glass shelving to display beautiful treasures.

Before
Laying on my deck waiting to be sanded.

Now how am I going to part with this.
I never put a piece in my store that I don’t absolutely love.

I love this style of cabinet, especially with the chicken wire instead of glass. It could be used in a kitchen with dishes or dry pantry goods inside, but I would put it in a bathroom with pretty white towels, soaps and jars filled with bath salts. It's a great storage piece for any room.

    Hi Sandy,
I have contacted you previously about the blue armoir. Would you mind letting me know if you are goint to put this peice up at the WAC. I live on the Gold Coast and maybe this lovely cupboard could find it's way into my home rather than the armoir.
I have emailed you previously on benette@lovethatbook.com.au. Really looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Sandy! I've been reading your blog for a while now, and continue to love your beautiful work! So inspiring. We know that blog-land is raving about Annie Sloan's chalkpaint, but since it's not available here in Australia would you mind telling a novice like me whether you have a preference for a certain type or brand of paint please. Most of the other work we see on the www is done using overseas products. I would love it if you would share your expertise and insight. Thanks so much. Keep up the beautiful work! Best wishes from Adelaide, Shirley xxx
